2. Time Frame for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to process any refund requests.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on the payment method and your bank’s processing times.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products (frozen food), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been thawed, consumed, or stored improperly. Refunds will not be issued for any items that have been used or damaged by the customer after delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of a valid refund, we will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
7. Final Decision
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Caurys Food Sdn Bhd reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the information provided.
